Social Drop-In Program

Our Social Drop-In program offers a stigma-free, welcoming space for adults ages 18 and older who are living with or have experienced mental health challenges. It’s a place to connect with others, socialize, learn new tools and skills, or simply spend some time in a supportive community space.

Drop-In is informal, and there’s no pressure to participate in an activity. You can join a group or activity, play a game, use our Wi-Fi, enjoy a snack, talk with others, or just hang out. Our Peer Specialists are also available to provide support and help you navigate community services and resources.

What makes our Drop-In program unique is that it’s led by Peer Specialists, people with their own lived experience with mental health challenges. They bring understanding, connection, and real-world experience to the space.

There is no cost and no referral required.

Check out our calendar for current Drop-In hours.
